The Health Systems Medical Affairs Director serves as a therapeutic expert developing ongoing professional relationships with key healthcare decision makers across PA, NJ, and DE.
This role requires the candidate to develop strategic account plans in partnership with Integrated Account Management teams and execute medical activities aligned with agreed plans.
The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement contributions.

Salary
Base: $190,800.00 - $300,300.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MD PhD or PharmD degree required
3 years field-based medical affairs experience
Experience with organized healthcare systems
Knowledge of pharmaco-economics and value-based payment
Ability to develop peer-to-peer relationships
Nice-to-have
Field-based medical affairs experience preferred
Formal training in health economics outcomes research
Strong collaborative mindset and customer focus
Demonstrable project leadership abilities
Key Requirements
Minimum MD, PhD, or PharmD
3 years dedicated field-based experience OR 5 years clinical experience
