Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds while ensuring a calm environment and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in resident condition.

Must-have

Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room setup

Key Requirements
Must possess a minimum 10th grade education
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
