The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways.
This role works directly with and supports the Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships, helping to execute on fundraising strategy, manage key processes, and ensure high-quality outreach.
Key responsibilities include foundation fundraising support, high-net-worth prospecting and outreach, development operations and systems management, and events and stewardship support.
