• The Senior FFDP Instructor plays a key role in the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Firefighter Foundation Development Programme.
• Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training across FFDP modules, including BA, RTC, Pumps & Water, Ladders, Hose & Hydraulics, and Fire Behaviour.
• Offering a salary of up to £38,500 depending on skills & experience, 23 days’ holiday (rising to 27), company matched pension, and life assurance.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering firefighter training
• Competent Instructor in key disciplines
• Teaching qualification (minimum Level 3)
• Advanced instructor qualifications
• Assessor or IQA qualification
• Operational experience within UK Fire & Rescue Service
