Job Summary

  • You will accelerate drug discovery by producing high quality data on compounds tested in cellular and biochemical profiling assays, working closely with your colleagues in global Discovery Sciences (DSc) and project teams within Biomedical Research (BR) located in Cambridge and Basel.
  • Key responsibilities include adapting biochemical and/or cellular profiling assays into robust and standardized assays, developing and maintaining SOPs, and proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance lab processes.
  • Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
