Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for multiple client groups (approximately 300 employees total), working closely with executives, leaders, and employees to build a high performance, collaborative, and engaging culture.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that enable the organization’s mission and translate business priorities into talent, organization, and culture plans.
  • Drive core talent management and performance processes, including talent reviews, calibration, and succession planning, and partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain critical talent.

Key Requirements
