Job Summary

  • The incumbent provides primary healthcare services for non-acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization within the CRNP scope of practice.
  • Work is performed in a physician office or offices dedicated to Primary Care, weekend, and on-call coverage on a rotational basis, as required.
  • The schedule for this position is 2/12 hours and 2/8 hour shifts and rotation of weekends.
