Job Summary

  • Leverage deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud, covering everything from provisioning to case management, to partner with GTM teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies.
  • Partner with different functions such as Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
  • Author and maintain end-to-end User Journey Maps, updating system documentation to reflect AI-driven automations and "Human-in-the-loop" decision points.
