Job Summary

  • Assure that all bars are kept in proper working conditions and provide all supplies needed for bar prior and during all functions and events.
  • Provides support to the Bartender and Beverage Server in all aspects of service by stocking all service areas and maintaining adequate supplies through out the shift.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of lounge and service areas and assists in completion of post shift clean up and side work duties.
