Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Baking & Pastry industry experience
  • Certificate or diploma from recognized culinary school
  • Valid Canadian Food Handlers Certification
  • Minimum 3 years Baking & Pastry Arts experience
  • Minimum 4 years culinary experience
  • Red Seal Certification or recognized international equivalent
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
