  • Current unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
  • Ability to work part-time and PRN shifts
  • Experience providing excellent care to seniors

  • Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility

Key Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado
  • Post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience (preferred)
