Key Requirements

  • Active Top Secret w/SCI Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Systems/Human Factors Engineering/Human Computer Interaction/psychology or related degree
  • At least ten (10) years’ related work experience
  • Additional four (4) years of direct work experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting product manager teams from requirements through sustainment
  • Evaluating and providing suggestions for the seven domains of HSI
  • Direct experience with application of User-Centered Design principles
