Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
  • You will provide oversight on facilities’ weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and track QM and QASP performance.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments.
