Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics
  • Current board certification from ABC in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics
  • Minimum three years recent experience as a CPO
  • Minimum two years experience in pediatrics
  • Washington State licensure in both Orthotics and Prosthetics
