Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for a given Group's strategy, operation, resource planning, competence development, and people development.
  • Together with the tender responsible you will handle tender calculations, pricing models, and assess techno-economic offerings.
  • You will ensure KPIs of the department including on-time delivery, first pass yield, and productivity while achieving financial budgets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Line Manager or Team Leader
  • Experience managing a team size of at least 10
