Job Summary
Support the entire Bern site in all central EHS topics, including occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management.
The role combines broad EHS expertise, systemic thinking, and strong leadership/communication skills to identify risks early, ensure compliance, and drive site-wide improvements.
Regular presence in production, technical, laboratory, logistics, and support areas for coaching teams and leaders in safe and healthy working practices.
