Job Summary

  • Provide timely and quality engineering support to Airbus customers for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze in-service events and customer queries to identify impacts on safety, airworthiness, and operational costs, launching corrective actions and acting as the 'voice of the customer'.
  • Develop and present technical topics, utilize data analytics tools to provide visibility on product reliability, and potentially travel for business or participate in AOG support rotation.
