Job Summary

  • The Senior Associate will be part of a cross-functional team, specifically focused on transforming raw data into insights and recommendations to drive impact for our clients.
  • Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field
  • 1-2 years in a quantitative business environment
  • Experience in marketing or media analytics is preferred
  • Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama) is a plus
  • Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of ETL process
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
