POWDR is seeking a Central Reservations Lead to support its Central Reservations team in providing excellent guest service at various locations, including Stovepipe Wells in Death Valley National Park and Zion Lodge. Job Summary

  • This role serves as the first point of contact for Central Reservations Agents, assisting with system navigation, policies, and guest inquiries before escalation to management.
