Job Summary

  • Perform senior-level, development flight test engineer activities for the Fury UAS, emphasizing resource planning, ground and flight testing, initial issue investigation, and process improvement.
  • Lead or be part of a team conducting ground and flight test events at private and government-owned test ranges, collecting and analyzing test data for the system under test.
  • Work closely with Engineering to develop requirements, discuss test results including collected data and observations, and ensure safe operations in accordance with established procedures.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience as test conductor/director
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience
  • Extensive experience as test conductor/director
  • Test engineering experience with developmental aircraft
  • Test and engineering experience in aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion or electrical
  • Working knowledge of MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-516C, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, AS5653
  • Experience with large aircraft development and DoD
