Job Summary

  • The Vice President, Uniphar | Global Sourcing: USA is a senior executive responsible for driving revenue growth across international export, domestic wholesaling, and 3PL / specialty distribution channels.
  • This role will strengthen the company’s global supplier base and develop direct sourcing relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers for a US-based pharmaceutical wholesaler with a strong focus on export markets.
  • In addition to commercial and sourcing leadership, this role is a key culture carrier for the Group, expected to actively champion and embed the “One Uniphar” approach.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior commercial, business development, sourcing, or distribution experience
  • Proven success establishing direct manufacturer relationships
  • Experience across export, domestic wholesale, and/or specialty distribution models
  • Strong understanding of regulated pharmaceutical supply chains and services
  • Demonstrated track record of team leadership and culture development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field
