Job Summary

  • The plant Training Coordinator is responsible for delivery of training content, revision of training materials and tracking of training completion, qualification and re-certification of hourly employees.
  • This role will be a key role in the development of competency based learning, introduction of new trianing delivery methods as well as working hand in hand with other departments such as EHS, Quality, WCM and Operations.
