  • Provides support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in the community.
  • Assist with Health and Safety Procedures, People Supported Development, Person Supported Community Life, and person-centered plan and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Lift 30 lbs regularly
  • Lift minimum of 70 lbs
  • Pull minimum of 50 lbs
  • Squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, stop
  • Proficiency in CPR from floor level
  • Pre-employment screening required
