Job Summary

  • Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects for projects at Rolls-Royce, ensuring delivery to JLL's & Rolls-Royce’s standards in regards to safety, quality and programme.
  • Provide Health and safety leadership, promote behavioural safety improvements, and carry out regular site manager safety audits.
  • Lead your team to deliver the company’s “management expectations” successfully across all key areas of the project, managing and supporting individuals and the team to meet and exceed business performance targets.

  • Engineering construction experience
  • Ability to communicate plan of work
  • Understanding of RIBA Design stages
  • Able to read/interpret drawings
  • Experience managing health and safety procedures
  • City & Guilds /NVQ construction related qualification
  • SSSTS / SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid
  • Competent user of IT software packages
  • Understanding of programming techniques
  • Ability to develop understanding of customer business requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisational ability
