Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies and procedures.
  • You will perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as cleaning and replenishing supplies to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
  • The position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures to the Administrator.
