Must-have

  • Maintenance of 480-volt, 3 phase systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment
  • Mechanical work including bearing and chain replacement
  • Use of SAP for maintenance documentation
  • Adherence to plant safety and sanitation requirements
  • Work in high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work shifts and overtime

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of major brewing equipment
  • Precision machining and welding skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Process improvement and continuous improvement activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or 2-year technical degree preferred
  • Knowledge of process controls and instrumentation calibration
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Knowledge of safety policies including lock out/tag out
  • Ability to work varied shifts including afternoons and midnights
