The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and applicable state and federal regulations, while supporting quality outcomes and a positive resident experience.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes, and accurately document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record.
