Job Summary

  • Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $155,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4-8 years flight test engineering experience
  • Support first-flight events and build-up programs
  • Experience with non-traditional launch systems
  • Author test plans, cards, and hazard analyses
  • Operate ground control station environments
  • Familiarity with small UAS autopilot architectures
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulatory requirements

Nice-to-have

  • Formal flight test training from NTPS or USAF TPS
  • Prior experience with attritable UAS or loitering munitions
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled autonomy systems
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal oversight
  • Experience deploying for field-based campaigns

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work in forward-deployed test locations
