Job Summary

  • Responsible for coordinating and communicating Medical Center cleaning request by dispatching custodial workers to various cleaning requests.
  • The Environmental Services Dispatcher is responsible for assessing customer needs, coordinating custodial workers to meet customer requests, and delivering Service Excellence.
  • This position is also responsible for preparing and maintaining periodic reports and records related to: Patient discharge room cleaning, special cleaning requests, etc.
