Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active state teaching license in Math grades 5-9
Ability to work independently 40+ hours weekly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with RTI instructional systems and data collection
Ability to maintain professional home office environment
Nice-to-have
Experience working with online learning platforms
Experience supporting adults and children in technology use
Receptive to receiving regular coaching from administrators
Ability to embrace change for excellent student outcomes
Experience teaching in virtual or brick-and-mortar environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Active Indiana state teaching license (or reciprocity within 60 days)
Must clear required background check
Residency requirement: Must reside in Indiana
Ability to travel up to 20% for professional development
