Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and control systems
ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED requirements
Field-based activities and site visits
Reviewing design drawings and submittals
Leading commissioning meetings
Developing commissioning plans and specifications

Collaborative mindset and strong communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Independent judgment and managing multiple priorities
Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Key Requirements
University technical degree (Engineering degree preferred)
LEED AP certification
Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering/field-testing experience
Minimum 5 years in building commissioning
Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA
