Oversee all aspects of bar setup, service, and breakdown for catered events, leading and managing a team of bartenders and bar attendants.
Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies, while maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked bar areas.
Train and coach staff on proper techniques, customer service, and responsible alcohol service, while assisting with guest service and addressing concerns with a solution-focused attitude.
