Job Summary

  • The role is to develop and implement a unified approach to the process of continuous improvement in the department with intent to deliver high quality products through lean processes and efficient valuable to high standards maintained by CommScope.
  • This position has organizational functions and multi-functional interactions with Internal Customers, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Supply Base, Quality etc. to support ongoing opportunities to improve the process.
  • The engineer will be required to provide new methodologies and approaches to be able to remove natural waste and inefficiency that exist in the Value Stream of the organization.
