  • Oversees the preparation of daily entries, monitoring of accounts, monthly financial statements, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including reconciliation and resolution of outages.
  • Manages department resources and budget, including staffing, performance plans, salary administration, and employee development, while continuously searching for process improvements and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to learn Bancorp mainframe systems
