Job Summary

  • Prepare a beat plan for the region, allocate targets and inputs, and monitor regularly to drive secondary sales.
  • Carry out sales management of Abbott products in assigned territories to achieve defined sales targets and ensure 100% implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Train and develop Territory Business Managers (TBMs), supervise, control, review, motivate, and help them achieve company objectives while building relationships with opinion leaders and stockists.
