The Balance Sheet and Capital Management (BSCM) team is responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient use of Services’ balance sheet with the goal of improving return on capital measures.
Key responsibilities include assessing capital metrics, driving resolution of capital data quality issues, supporting capacity management, and preparing timely capital reporting for leadership.
