Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for producing and delivering content and tactics that allows for a seamless, compliant, and personalized customer experience—one that helps patients and caregivers navigate their health journey with confidence and clarity.
  • You’ll partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver digital products that are data-informed, insight-driven, and human-first.
  • We’re particularly interested in candidates who have marketing backgrounds in health, wellness, or experience platforms at leading consumer technology companies, or health startup similar environments, and who are motivated by impact in human health.

Salary

Base: $187,100.00 - $247,100.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan or incentive compensation plan, discretionary equity awards, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years pharma marketing experience
  • Proven ability to deliver products on-time
  • Deep technical fluency with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and privacy frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree required
