Job Summary

  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs to ensure they remain market-leading, inclusive, and aligned with the Total Rewards philosophy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee leave and accommodation program administration, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, well-managed programs.
  • Build and advance a wellbeing roadmap that aligns programs into a cohesive experience, using data and employee feedback to prioritize improvements.
