Skills & Requirements
Must-have
11 years clinical lab or training experience
3 years EP mapping experience
Instructional design expertise with ADDIE model
Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
Up to 50% travel capability
Nice-to-have
Advanced Electrophysiology certification RCIS or IBHRE
Strong working knowledge of EP mapping systems
Experience with Articulate Rise and Camtasia tools
Global team collaboration mindset
Executive communication and facilitation skills
Key Requirements
High School Diploma plus 11 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years
Minimum 3 years of EP mapping experience required
U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship available only for Principal level roles
