  • Lead a multidisciplinary, Brief Intervention, Community Mental Health Team providing support to consumers experiencing mental illness, their families and referring agencies.
  • Provide quality and high-level mental health assessments, formulations and recommendations for clients that have been referred.
  • Possess critical skills set in providing assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state and confidence in putting relapse management plans and safely managing a deteriorating consumer.
