Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for all shifts to provide direct nursing care and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Job Summary

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, verify resident identity, and ensure proper narcotic documentation.
