Job Summary

  • The Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness has primary oversight of group fitness, instructional and customizer classes, wellness programming, development workshops, and fitness marketing and social media.
  • This position has significant financial, administrative and personnel responsibilities, and is a 12-month, full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Campus Recreation & Wellness.
  • The University is seeking a Coordinator of Fitness & Wellness to assist in the administration of a comprehensive and vibrant student experience focused on student development, including recreational activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Seven (7) years relevant work experience
  • Three (3) years fitness programming/operations/management
  • One (1) year staff supervision
  • Current fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NASM)
