Skills & Requirements
Must-have
11-13 years SAP Basis experience
SAP S/4HANA and EWM administration
SAP HEC on Microsoft Azure support
SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM
SAP ChaRM transport management
SOX compliance and security controls
Incident and change management
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-native patterns
Agile or Jira-based operating models
Healthcare or pharmacy landscape experience
Team leadership and mentoring skills
Integration tooling knowledge
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
11-13 years of SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA experience
Hands-on experience with SAP transports and release governance
