Job Summary

  • Coaches and mentors nursing leaders, nurses, and other interprofessional team members to close individual gaps of nursing and nursing leaders, with a focus on professional standards and patient experience.
  • Conducts environmental scanning of the organizational culture that drives patient engagement; reviews all relevant data on a regular cadence, critically analyzes and synthesizes the data, developing appropriate action plans to continue to improve and meet target and stretch goals.
