Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for the overall business direction and supervision of Specialty Service Line(s) at Queen of the Valley Medical Center (QVMC).
  • Promotes, directs, and participates in ongoing program improvement initiatives, analyzes trends, identifies opportunities, and helps implement changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service (patient satisfaction) within the service line.
