• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the combined Transitional Care (A7) and Short Stay (A4) units, which collectively have 27 adult medical surgical beds.
• These units support the opportunity to fully implement the RN and LPN team model of care, with a shared charge RN overseeing shift to shift operations for staffing flexibility.
