Job Summary
The Head Coat Check Attendant will act as the primary provider of coat check services to venue guests.
The incumbent will be responsible for taking patrons' coats and/or other belongings, hanging or storing them neatly, maintaining organization in the coat room, and provide general customer service in an expert, professional and friendly manner.
Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.
