Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years experience in product or process engineering
  • Experience with NPI and CMP projects
  • Knowledge of structural and sprayable adhesives
  • On-site process work including pilot batches

Nice-to-have

  • 4+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience leading Change Management Projects
  • Global localization support experience
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Effective communication and networking skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry
