Manage a multi-layer field sales structure including FOS, TLs, Channel Partners, and outsourced teams, focusing on capacity building, mentorship, and performance tracking.
Develop sales strategies based on portfolio insights and regional opportunities, while ensuring full adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks.
