  • Manage a multi-layer field sales structure including FOS, TLs, Channel Partners, and outsourced teams, focusing on capacity building, mentorship, and performance tracking.
  • Develop sales strategies based on portfolio insights and regional opportunities, while ensuring full adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks.
