AIG is seeking a Regional Counsel in Singapore to provide legal and regulatory support across various aspects of the insurance sector. Job Summary

  • Assisting in various matters, ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Insurance claims; Insurance products; Distribution channels; Contractual matters (including but not limited to employment issues); Customer servicing; and Various other day-today matters.
  • Duties include assisting with: preparation and review of board and committee meeting materials and minutes; preparation for the MAS Annual Visit with the Board of Directors; keeping track of appointments and resignations of directors and key executives; and preparation of applications and notifications to the MAS under the Insurance Act and the Insurance (Corporate Governance) Regulations.
